- 1 Sift a scoop of matcha into the bowl
- 2 Add water just off the boil (~80°C)
- 3 Whisk briskly in a “W” until it foams
- 4 Pour, top with milk to taste, and sip

Caring for your tools +
Rinse the whisk and bowl with warm water after use — no soap — and air-dry. Rest the chasen upright or on a whisk-shaper to keep its prongs. Keep bamboo away from prolonged soaking.
